I’ve been customer with them since Nov, 2011. There had been some quirks and errors but important thing is their customer service handles the problems with haste and professionalism.
I’ve never had my annoying emails asking for answers and solutions not replied for more than 24 hours (most of the time, within 3-4 hours)
Guys are working very hard til late at night to improve the Shipstation and it has shown on the platform. It is very fast and convenient.
No unlimited sales channel option does hurt a bit but overall solution is best among business.
