Sellebrity Auction Analytics

Sellebrity is an eBay analytics application that assists sellers in understanding details related to how buyers are interacting with their auctions. With Sellebrity you will be able to see exactly where on the map your visitors are coming from and how many visitors you have had over the course of a given time frame. You will be able to gauge the performance of different auctions, by breaking down buyer analytics on a per auction basis. Sellebrity also features a mobile app, so you can access your data on the go.

All of this data can be very helpful in understanding when, where and how to list your auctions. If nothing else Sellebrity will give you a better understanding about where to list your auctions. For example, without Sellebrity you might miss a large market of buyers who are visiting your auctions from Australia, the UK, Canada or any other geographic area.

Sellebrity is free to try so if you are looking for new eBay analytics software it might be worth looking to.

I can only review my interaction with the company as they couldn’t get their application (Sellebrity Auction Analytics) working with my eBay ID. They told me it was because I changed my eBay ID in the last 30 days and that there was a flag on my account because of this.

I contacted eBay in their Trust & Safety department and they told me this was absurd because no one except eBay employees in this department can check the status of an account and in fact there was no flag of any type on my account. Furthermore, they confirmed that my ID has not been modified or changed in 11 years.

Communication with Sellebrity was slow and tedious and they kept losing or closing my support tickets. I would certainly stay away from a company with such poor support that lies to its customers so as to not have to take responsibility for their inability to support their product.

Sounds like “Bob” got banned. Based on your forum posts I wouldn’t want to help you either?
